Why is Free so limited?
Free is for evaluation. Real workloads need persistent links. Solo at €24/year is already cheaper than any comparable shortener's paid plan.
Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrade is instant. Downgrade locks the most recently created excess links until you free up space, upgrade again, or buy a Boost Pack. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Pro is €9/month or €90/year (2 months free). Agents is €29/month or €290/year (2 months free). Solo is annual-only at €24.
What happens at renewal?
Stripe charges automatically. You'll receive a reminder 7 days before. Cancel anytime from the customer portal at the end of the current period.
Refunds?
14-day money-back guarantee on first subscription. After that, cancel anytime and your access continues until the period end.
VAT?
Calculated automatically by Stripe Tax based on your country. Prices above are pre-VAT.
